All-in S-corp platforms$199–$299 / monthThe election bundled into year-round bookkeeping, payroll and tax filing. A different product — you are subscribing to a back office.

Questions about pricing

Why pay at all when the IRS form is free?

The form is free and always will be — you can download it from irs.gov right now. What you are paying for is everything the blank form does not give you: a check on whether the election is even worth making, the correct effective date derived from your entity's timeline, every shareholder consent filled in, a Rev. Proc. 2013-30 relief statement if you are late, and the exact IRS address for the state you operate in.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a single payment. There is no recurring charge, no upsell sequence, and nothing to cancel.

Which package do I need?

If you are filing on time, the Filing Packet at $49 covers everything. If you have missed the deadline for the year you want, you need the $79 package — it includes the Rev. Proc. 2013-30 relief statement and, for an LLC, the Part IV representations. Without those the IRS will treat your election as applying to the following tax year.

What if my situation turns out not to qualify?

We screen you against the eligibility tests and the relief conditions before you pay. If you do not qualify, we say so and do not take your money for a filing that would fail.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Scorply does not produce a usable filing for you, email us within 30 days and we will refund you. See our refund policy for the detail.
